Buddy Biancalana played numerous seasons with the Kansas City Royals throughout the 1980's, but none were more memorable than the 1985 season in which he contributed heavily as a shortstop for the team which would go on to defeat the St. Louis Cardinals in the World Series- giving Kansas City its very first World Series trophy.
