We are happy to offer no hassle returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the sale date.

Online Returns:  You must return the item to us in re-sellable condition (item must be in new condition with retail tags).  Upon receipt of the item, we will refund the original price paid for the item including tax, less any shipping charges.  The reason we cannot refund shipping charges is these are costs paid to the shipper that are not refunded to us.  You may also choose to return your item purchased online to our store. 

In Store Returns:  You must return the item to us in re-sellable condition (item must be in new condition with retail tags).  If you paid with cash or check, you must have the original sales receipt to receive cash back as there is no way for us to look up the order without it.  If you paid with check, please note there is a 10-business day hold on all checks to ensure that they clear.  If the original purchase was made online via Paypal the refund will be put back into your Paypal account.  Therefore, we are not able to process any returns paid by check within 10 business days of the original order date.  If you paid in store by credit card, we encourage you to bring in the original sales receipt.  Don't, have it?  No problem!  We can look up the order with the original card you made the purchase on.   The refund will be given back to the original card the purchase was placed on. 

Exclusions:  We are unable to accept returns for autographed memorabilia.  We are very careful to make sure all of our items are 100% authentic.  Once an item leaves our store, we cannot be 100% sure the autograph wasn't altered or forged in any way.  Unfortunately, this does happen and therefore to protect our customers and protect the authenticity of our items we cannot accept returns on autographed memorabilia.  Thank you for understanding.

Also, from time to time there will be clearance sales in which all sales will be final.  You will be notified on your sales receipt, on in store signage, and at the point of sale if this is the case on your clearance purchase.  If you are outside the 30 days from the sale date or you do not have your original sales receipt and we are unable to look up your sale by the original credit card purchase, you will receive store credit good for the lowest sale price within that 30-day period.
